Shipping
Orders are shipped by UPS to locations within the continental United States generally within two business days of receipt. Certain items or sizes may be on back order with our suppliers and not currently in stock. In those cases we generally ship within 7 business days and will alert the customer by e-mail concerning the delay and provide an estimate of when we expect to be able to ship. We offer UPS Ground (1 to 5 business days depending on distance), UPS Second Day Air (Delivered by the second business day) and UPS Next Day Air (Delivered by the next business day).
Although shipping is always charged at the time orders are placed, we will automatically issue a refund on shipping cost equal to the cost of shipping by UPS ground for all orders where the cost of the merchadise is $100 or more and is purchased with a single transaction. This rebate applies regardless of the shipping method selected. For example if ordering $100 or more, you may elect to have your merchandise shipped UPS Next Day Air. You would still receive a rebate refund equal to the amount that would be charged for shipping UPS Ground. Unlike other online retailers, at Senavera we do not believe that you, a valued customer, should lose a benefit that you otherwise qualify for simply because you desire a faster shipping method.
The refund will be issued to the customer's credit or debit card account through PayPal.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
At Senavera Specialty Products, LLC we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. As such, we will issue a refund or provide an exchange for any item returned within 14 days of the initial delivery of the item. Returns should be shipped to:

Please include a copy of your invoice with your return shipment and indicate on it whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please discribe the sizes and colors of the exchange items you are requesting.
Upon receipt of the returned item we will issue a refund for the cost of the order less any shipping and handling charges. All refunds will be issued to the customer's credit or debit card account through PayPal.
The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return unless the product was defective or shipped in error. We will re-ship an item on exchange free of charge one time.
We can not accept for return or exchange any item that has been laundered, worn, soiled or altered in any way. All returned items must be sent back in a resalable condition in the original packaging with all item tags attached.
Because orders are generally shipped quickly, all cancelations should be requested via e-mail to customerservice@senavera.com or phoned to 901-756-7854 immediately or as soon as possible, preferaby within 12 hours.
